Who We Are
From Start-Up and Business Advisory to project management
Addita Advisors was founded by Craig Goos, a 25 year Wall Street veteran with experience from large investment banks to startups. Here at Addita, we are financial services specialists, business and venture advisors, capital formation advisors and strategic business structuring experts with a diversified background and experience.
Most recently, Mr. Goos was the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner of a middle market Private Equity firm. Prior to that, he co-founded North Capital Investment Technology and served as President and Managing Director of the company for five years. At North Capital, he was involved in the management and all functional aspects including sales, operations, regulatory and administrative activities.
The Firm
As strategic consultants, we advise on Sales and Marketing strategies, corporate structures and operating efficiencies and overall business strategies as well as assisting and advising on capital formation and capital needs — often at the intersection of Operations and Sales.

Many times, the different parts of the business don’t communicate. We are hyper-focused on improving communications and being additive to the business by asking tough questions, listening well, digging in and getting our hands dirty.
